Buried stray current terminals are widely connected to the grounding implementation scheme of railways, subways, and urban rails, and mainly play a conductive role.
The structure of the terminal of the embedded stray current:
The embedded stray current extraction terminal is welded by copper terminal and round steel using the welding process of exothermic welding. The manufacturer provides the integral component when supplied. The terminal is a welded body of copper and steel, and the upper end is a copper terminal with a length greater than 50mm. The copper content of the terminal is not less than 98%. The copper terminal is manufactured by forging and pressing. The contact resistance value of the connection with the φ16 round steel is required to be less than 30 microohms. The area of the welding joint between the copper terminal and the lower material is not less than 800 mm2. In order to prevent other voids from covering the surface of the copper terminal during civil construction, or entering the bolt hole and affecting its conductivity and connection, the surface of the copper terminal and the bolt hole are protected by nylon or plastic bolts.
The difference between the two kinds of stray current leading terminals:
The biggest difference between the embedded copper terminal and the existing stray current extraction terminal is that the existing extraction terminal is pre-buried after welding a certain length of copper strip and the front-end steel bar according to the drawings in the civil construction process, and the civil construction is completed After that, all the lead-out terminals are exposed on the ground, which provides convenience for stealing the terminals. The new stray current extraction terminal is also pre-buried during the construction phase, but it is not exposed to the ground, but is the same height as the ground. It is an integral component itself, and the internal thread of the interface has been added to the upper part. The non-metallic material is used during construction Necessary protection of internal threads is required. When stray current terminals are connected, the cable ends can be fixed with bolts.
Based on the analysis of the structure of the buried stray current leading copper terminal and the current copper terminal, the buried copper terminal only partially uses copper, which saves the use of copper and reduces the cost; the buried copper terminal is used The integral component of the welding process of exothermic welding has good controllability of the welding process and welding quality. Welding steel and steel are directly welded on the construction site. The welding process is relatively simple and the welding quality is more easily guaranteed.
